Disclaimer and Limited Liability for Participants in Fundraising Golf Tournament

Please read the following disclaimer and limited liability statement carefully before participating in the fundraising golf tournament. Your participation in the tournament indicates your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined below:

1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in the fundraising golf tournament, you acknowledge and accept that playing golf involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the tournament, including those arising from the actions or omissions of other participants, spectators, or organizers.
   
   

2. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the fundraising golf tournament, you hereby release and discharge the tournament organizers, their officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or be connected with your participation in the tournament. This release and waiver shall extend to any and all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of negligence, breach of duty, or any other act or omission by the aforementioned parties.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the tournament organizers, their officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the fundraising golf tournament. This indemnification obligation shall survive the conclusion of the tournament.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the tournament organizers, their officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any affiliated individuals or organizations be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the tournament, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability asserted.
   
   

5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions: You agree to comply with all tournament rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers and their representatives. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your disqualification from the tournament without any recourse or refund.

Modifications and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the fundraising golf tournament due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the organizers shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred by participants.
